This is Medic 1.  Our typical medic unit is outfitted with first responder equipment including bandaging and splinting, oxygen, IV equipment and fluids, cardiac monitor that doubles as an AED, c-collars, KED and, in the case of the medic unit, a back board.  This medic unit is also capable of going off road for extrication of patients where our ambulances can't go.
